“Don De Fluir” Bossa Guitar Playing by Jeffrey Thomas. Hey! Just wanted to post this bossa track I played on in Seattle for a great singer/friend of mine. The song didn’t call for a improvised solo so I stayed with rhythm fills and comping. The challenge was to bounce chord fills and not step on the vocals and the existing guitar track! I remember the take went really well and I worked closely with the singer to get him exactly what he wanted. As I listen back to the tune it has really got me thinking about getting back into playing as a studio guitarist.
